From the 'Emails' page under 'Communications' you can view email logs, these logs are stored by every email that gets sent from your event. You can search through the logs and also sort them based on date, status etc.

If an email fails to be delivered or send for any reason it will have a status of 'Error' and the message will give you an indication of the problem that occurred.

One last thing to note is that an email log is only kept for 7 days, after that time is it deleted.
