There are a number of things that can cause users to experience silence when using Intelligo.
1) Your speakers are turned off/volume is muted.
Try playing some sounds from another application such as your favourite music player to see if this might be the case.
2) You have accidentally muted the video player.
The video player has a 'mute' option in the lower-left corner. If audio has been muted, this will show a struck-through 'speaker' icon. Further to this, if there is a 'play' button next to the speaker icon, it means you have paused the video altogether. Click this play button to resume playback.
3) There are no sessions live at the moment.
You can check whether a session is live either by visiting the event agenda, or hovering over the video player. If the pause, speaker, or 'live' icons do not appear as in the image above, it means that the stream is not currently live.
4) You have not allowed audio access.
Check that your sound settings are set to 'allow' or 'default'.
