If you're having trouble joining a breakout session, here are some ways you can troubleshoot the problem:

1) Check that you are using a supported browser and device.

Officially, Intelligo supports the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on desktop (Windows and Mac) devices. On mobile, we support the latest versions of Chrome for Android, and Safari for iOS/iPadOS.

If you are using another browser, try switching to one of these, and make sure you are updated to the latest version.

2) Allow camera and microphone access

Sometimes when you first connect to a breakout session, your browser will ask you to allow camera and microphone access. If you are seeing the below message, it means that your browser is still telling us that your camera and microphone are disabled.

If you believe that you have already enabled access, you might be able to fix this by refreshing your page.

You can also view your permissions for a page at any time by clicking the padlock in your address bar.

3) Test that you can connect to the servers

Visit the below link and click "Run Test"

It will ask for your camera and microphone permissions, let the test run fully, at the end you should see a line of green boxes, this means your connectivity is working fine.
