Ticketing
Create and sell tickets all within the Intelligo platform
Intelligo can create, sell and automatically onboard your users to the event. We offer an easy to use ticketing platform that integrates with Stripe for payments.
To get started, head over to the ticketing page, from here you will need to get Stripe setup and connected. Click the 'Connect with Stripe' button and follow the stripe onboarding process.
Once you are complete you will be redirected back to Intelligo and Stripe will be successfully linked. Next you will need to create a ticket, click the 'Create Ticket' button to start.
You will now see the creation popup, there are 2 options for tickets.
Single Ticket: This is a single ticket for one person to purchase at a fixed price
- Group Ticket: This is a way to sell for instance 4 tickets for a fixed price.
Single ticket -
Name: The name of the ticket that is public facing
Description: A description of the ticket type
Price: This is the total sale price for the ticket, we will calculate below how much Intelligo will take
Quantity: How many of this ticket do you have to sell? Leave it at 0 for an unlimited amount
Tags: Assign access tags to the ticket which the users will automatically have assigned to them after the ticket purchase.
Sale Ends: When does the ticket sale end?
On Sale: Enable or disable the sale of the ticket
Group Ticket -
Name: The name of the ticket that is public facing
Description: A description of the ticket type
Group size: How many tickets will this group hold
Price: This is the total sale price for all the tickets in the group, we will calculate below how much Intelligo will take
Quantity: How many of this ticket do you have to sell? Leave it at 0 for an unlimited amount
Tags: Assign access tags to the ticket which the users will automatically have assigned to them after the ticket purchase.
Sale Ends: When does the ticket sale end?
On Sale: Enable or disable the sale of the ticket
Once you are happy with your ticket, click 'Create'. Your ticket will now be available for purchase from the home page of your event
Sales
As your ticket sales come in, you will be able to view analytical data on the 'Sales' tab of the ticketing page.
This gives you a clear breakdown of how many tickets you have sold on which date and which ticket type.
