How do I log into the platform?

Helps a new attendee log into the Intelligo platform for the first time.

We only officially support Google Chrome as a browser to access the Intelligo Platform.

When you have registered for the event, you will be sent an automated email from noreply@sending.intelligo.uk

(HINT: check your spam filter or contact your event contact if you have not received this)

Simply follow the link contained in the email, set your password, and fill in your profile information. You will then see the landing page for your event. 

(HINT: if you do not fill in your profile information, your password will not be saved and you may not be able to log in again).

If you have forgotten your password, simply click 'forgotten your password?' and you will be sent a link to reset your password. 

(HINT: the platform will tell you 'your credentials do not match our records' if you have not registered for the event or your password is incorrect).
